stuck in an update

Hello.  I have one TV that appears to be stuck in an update.  I have been getting an "we're updating your account...updating your subscription" message on all the channels for quite some time.

Hi Lastruzik, apologies for your experiences and I can assist sending signals to your cable box.  I am unable to pull up your account with the email address you signed up to the forums with, please send me a private message with your account information (Name on account, address on account and account number).
