rebooted my 4K box and it's stuck on "Select Language"

rebooted my 4K box and it's stuck on "Select Language"

I have to reboot my 4k box everyday since day 1, what an inconvienence. Today after the reboot it's stuck on Select Language and I'm not able to select it. We rebooted again and changed the batteries in the remote with no success.

You may have to factory reset your remote. Which remote do you have

Why do I have to reboot my 4K Box on a daily basis?

@TSchilli - Are you getting an error message? Do you have to reboot it because of the remote?
