Reboot- My main cable box keeps rebooting. The next one powers off every half hour or so.

x1 set top boxes do that when they lose contact with the comcast data servers. the reboot allows the device to try to reestablish contact. are you also losing internet at the same time?

Hi, bellasmile. Welcome! Appreciate you posting. The frequency of reboots that you're experiencing is definitely concerning, we want to help. Let us know if you're experiencing connectivity issues/drops/resets with the internet as well. It helps us identify what the source of the issue might be. You might need a technician out, but it just depends. Let us know, thanks!
