We upgraded to X1 now we he an "RDK-03031 - Unable to Connect to XFINITY TV" error. on our recevers.
Comcast tells us there is a $60.00 charge to check out our system. So much for a free up-grade.
All of our neighbors have been rewired at "no charge"...
Hi Bevycohen, this error message means your cable box cannot connect to the X1 platform although internet is accessible. Have you tried rebooting your modem and your TV at the same time? This should allow then to reconnect to the network together which should help your cable box register on the back end. Please unplug the modem first and then your cable box, then plug in the modem first and wait until it has fully booted up. Once fully loaded, please reconnect your cable boxes.
