watching tv program then blue screen appears and this message, " No signal. Check the external input or select another input using the INPUT button. 5 minutes later, regular programs continues , then blue screen appears again witht he above messge . repeat!!!
Hi lolalarson, the information that (ComcastAndrew) provided is correct. Try using another HDMI cable if you have one present and let me know if this resolves your issue. A bad port on the box is likely as well but 90% of the time replacing the HDMI cable will do the trick. Please reach back out to me here if you need any additional assistance.
We did not have an intermittent problem once we had a good picture. Our TV would bluescreen from the time we turned it on until we reseated the cable and/or repowered the X1 box.
