No they didn't fit it as it was a network problem. He was going to report it up the chain. I have been having intermittent pixilation issuse. He showed network errors back to Oct.
Are the correctable/uncorrectable error count on the X1 box the only performance monitoring data readable on the modem?
What is the best way to get this looked at. I called support (800-comcast) and even spoke to a supervisor and they were able to reopen/escalate the ticket.
