I got a new cable box for my tv, trying to get it to work. It goes from WELCOME screen to the
Connecting to your entertainment experience and then tells me to check if cables are tight and restart. I have checked everything and restarted so many times, cannot get this to work. I tried another box on this tv and it does the same thing, so it is not the box.

verified that the coax connection (in from wall) is used to connect coax and not using the out to TV coax connector?
