Xifinity down.

Xifinity down.

My internet and cable is out. When I turn my TV on I get an error message and am told to check cable connection are tightly secured, unplug box set from electrical outlet and wait 10 seconds then plug in. visit Xfinity.com/x1 support assistance - RDK 03033. I have tried the first two so am now reaching out to you to find out what the problem is how to fix it. Please advise

Which device did you unplug when you said

"unplug box set"

TV or router/modem (xfinity box)

No outage has been reported yet, do you happen to know if you have an amp or not?

 

You only have a few customers close to you, but the ones that are closest all show online.
