XRE-03121

I receive the XRE-03121 error when I try to watch any channel or OnDemand show. I am able to navigate through the screens, but as soon as I select something, I receive this error. I tried a system refresh and restarting the TV box, but no success.

Any recommendations?

does it work using a desk/laptop or smart device (phone/tablet, Roku)?
