XI Box Crashes

XI Box Crashes

My X1 box crashes every 30 to 60 minutes of use.  The screen goes light blue and there are lines of computer code in the upper right hand corner.  I can restart the show I am watching whether on cable TV or through streaming by getting out of the cable system or app and going back in.   Any idea of the problem?

Sounds like the box is failing and needs to be swapped out.
