X1 box not getting activated "rehit error"

My X1 boxes had to be replaced, for the past 3 days we have been trying to activate them, but we keep getting a message that the boxes need to be rehit.

 

Anyone having similar issues?

 

Complete message: "This device needs to be rehit before we can continue"

Have you called in to get them initialized? Why did you have to replace your X1 boxes?
