Happening right now on all cable boxes in house. No programming on any channel for 2 hours already. Rebooted and still nothing.
Same in Baltimore. Twitter comment just released from @ComcastCares
I called Comcast after posting and before I even got a live person the recording said that certain areas were having "guide" problems and the engineers were aware and working on it. I am in Pa.
Same issue here in FL with my X1 box.
As an FYI, IF you have a ROKU box with the Xfinity App, everything shows up just fine. In fact, you can even setup a program to record. Hope it helps someone.
Comcast tech service just told me "it's a national outage" for the guide, so it's not l just local. They have "engineers" trying to determine how to fix it (something about a computer code being the problem).
Same problem here... Program Info Unavailable on the channel/program lines,
And no Info in the Description area below the Guide..
In New Hampshire area all day.
Can a Comcast Rep please tell us what is the problem with the guide is and
when it will be fixed?

Happening in Ma issues all day long. Never know what to expect as it is always something that is not working correctly. Worst cable service I have ever had but it is the only one in my area and they know it.
