X1 Freezes Daily

MY X1 box freezes about once a day. We have to restart it, we've tried rebooting, but it has been going on for over 8 months. Is there a known fix or does this require a new box?

First try a System Refresh.  If that doesn't fix it, have you tried schedulling a tech visit?
