Does anyone else have issues with the wireless box freezing or glitching? We have tried to restart it and when I talked to Customer service the guy told us we might need a 4K TV. So I updated the tv and this is still happening. The Gateway is 6ft away from the X1 wireless tv box. Can’t get an answer from Comcast and have switched out the X1 twice still same results. Really annoyed with this has been going on for months. Maybe time to switch to Google fiber?
