Why are some items in my cloud DVR not visible on my computer or mobile devices?

Why are some items in my cloud DVR not visible on my computer or mobile devices?

I have two X1 DVRs which I belive gives me a total of 1 terrabyte of storage. However, when I access my saved programs on my computer or my mobile device, I only see a portion of what is available through my TV boxes. Some programs are missing altogether and some just have a couple episodes out of say ten recorded.

 

If they all reside in the cloud, why can't I access all my saved programs on other devices?

The cloud holds the last 60 hours recorded for each dvr. It’s not a mirror of your DVRs
