For almost a month now I have been trying to get two more boxes and chat support said all done and then nothing and I'll contact them again they say I need phone call it in. Once again confirmed no problem and nothing again. Reading the fact I have X1 service, I have the modem and I have at least one X1 main box so it should work. Who has the authority to actually send me the boxes since the stores are still close around me.
