I'm unable to reach a live person for TV technical support at COMCAST and the recording states that a reset is being sent to my TV whcih does not correct the problem. I have the following 2 questions.
1. How do you reach a live person for Comcast?
2. How doI find ou what error code XER-03007 means, and what is the corrective action?
Basically, your new box needs activation. Was there a reason it was replaced?
