Stuck on select language

Remote flashes both green then red when trying to move up/down/select. Rebooted box, both with power button and unplugging power supply. No joy. Please help.

Try unpairing the remote

Xr11 remote : Factory Reset the X1 Voice Remote
To perform a factory reset: Press the Setup button until the LED at the top of the remote changes from red to green. Press 9-8-1. The LED will blink green twice to indicate that the remote was reset.

How do i unpair my xr15 remote?
Press and hold the A (triangle) and D (diamond) buttons at the same time for three seconds until the status light changes from red to green. Enter 9-8-1 on the remote. If the status light blinks blue twice, the pairing for the remote has been turned off.
