Signal issue

Recently switched back from directv to comcast and noticed some strange behavior with my main x1 box.
I use my xfinity remote to turn on my receiver and samsung tv. I hear the sound but have no video.
I pull out my logitech remote and manually set each device to the correct input but still no video. The only way to solve the issue is to reboot the comcast box.

This has happened twice and I've only had the service a little over a month. I believe both times that it happened was not in the morning but when I was watching the tv and turned it off then back on sometime later.
Luckily no recording were running when I needed to reboot the box.

Any ideas to why this is happening?

Try pressing the xfinity button or the Channel up/down button, your box may be asleep if you have the power saver on
