Signal Degradation

On the Xfinity subreddit I posted about an OnDemand problem I was having. The rep that responded to me mentioned signal degradation. Other than the OnDemand issue, I have not noticed any issues. Can my signals be checked to see if there is an issue?

If you call 1800comcast they have been able to check mine in the past.
