Recorded the wrong show, verbal commands switching to wrong channel, show info incorrect

Hi,

I am having 3 issues:

1) I am in Oakland, CA. "Meet the Press" is set to record every Sunday on NBC at 8AM PST. Today, however, even though Meet the Press appears in recordings, it actually recorded "Sunday Today with Willie Geist." 

2) When I use the verbal command to watch "Meet the Press" the channel turns to CNN!!!

3) When I use the verbal comment to watch "NBC" I finally get what I expected: "Meet the Press" (tho I of course missed much of it.) BUT the system seems to think I'm watching "Today in the Bay."

 

Your schedule appears to be completely messed up. Thanks and please advise.

Hello comicalcats. Thanks for posting on our Forums. I can assist with troubleshooting your reports of programming and voice command issues. Were you able to confirm the Guide showed Meet the Press at the time you expected it on Sunday? Also, can you use the voice remote today and say Meet the Press, to show you the title screen and information, for this program?

Yes, it seems to be working now, but it definitely wasn't last week.
