Hello!

Ours does the exact same thing several times per day.

Very annoying!

We do not lose internet service when the TV reboots.

Hi, greino165. Thanks for coming here for support. That is frustrating to hear about the resets you're experiencing! I'd like to help. Do you have more than one cable box and if so, does this happen with all of them?
