I have not seen a solution that actually works.

Have attempted each of the suggested fixes and nothing seems to be working.

From the number of complaints, this has become a common problem for quite awhile.

Has anyone found a solution that actually fixes the problem.  We have now been without service on

1 TV set for almost 24 hours.

does this happen on all your set top boxes? if just one, would you do a power unplug from AC power for 30 seconds and plug back in to see if that fixes the problem?

It is just the one TV set that this has affected.  We had tried that solution.  Finally unplugged the box, the TV, disconnected all of the cables and reconnected everything and that finally did the trick.  I appreciate you taking the time to respond, greatly appreciated!
