This is probably the 10th outage I've experienced this month. Wednesday night we had no service (internet and cable) from about 7pm until after I went to bed. Yesterday (8/30) the service went out during the 4pm college games for at least 30 minutes. Luckily internet still worked so we streamed the games, but it probably went against our data cap Today, wake up and cable is out once again from at least 6:30AM and internet randomly goes out. In the 5 years I had DirecTV, we had maybe a few hours of lost HD programming due to weather, but was still able to view SD channels. Comcast with a wired line is unable to come close. They are also unwilling to do anything about it on the billing side and blame it on maintenance while failing to provide service for extended periods of time.
