I have had this problem since I had the service installed, most channels are fine but others are completely unwatchable. I have had technicians out and advanced customer support try to fix it. It works for a day or so and then right back to where it was. Starting to get really annoyed with this.
do you have more than one set top box? if so do both have the issue? when you use a desk/laptop or smart phone/tablet to view the same channel does the video suffer pixellation too?
