I have had 2 techs out and spoken to customer service at least 8 times and reset my service several times and still have problems, what can I do besides not being able to watch live tv, I have to watch shows after they air on demand to be able to watch them without them freezing. The last tech says there is nothing wrong with my service, I don't agree , I think there is something wrong
