Hello everyone, today I noticed that my Pandora App interface GUI changed. First, why does it take a long time to load? Second, sometimes when the song is playing, it suddenly ends and forwards to the next song. It does not happen to every song, but enough times to make me compose this complaint. Is anyone else going thru the same as I? Thanks neal

Hello Wallpaper, this issue could be due to a signal issue to that box. I would be happy to look at your account from here,  can you verify your account information with me? My pandora on x1 keeps skipping songs all of a sudden!! It’s not playing song to the end !! Ugh!! Anyone know what I should do?! Thanks in advance!! :-)

do you have more than one X1 set top box so you can test Pandora on another set top box? you may need a tech out to determine the 'internet' problem using the set top boxes.

It did it on other boxes as well. Its only recently started after this ‘new look’ pandora has...

Add me to the list of people for whom Pandora on. X1 occasionally skips without prompting from the midst of one song to the start of another. Sometimes it's an isolated song here or there, other times it happen to 3 songs out of 5.
I only have one TV, one X1 box. No error message is displayed. Pandora runs fine otherwise.

Today I was listening to the pandora app and I couldn't find a way to stop it. Every time I tried to pause it, it would skip to another song and keep going. I had to restart my box to get it to stop.

Looks like this issue has been going on for over a year.

I'm having this issue every night after Pandora has played for 20-30 minutes. It starts skipping songs and there's no way to stop it.

Is anyone from xfinity monitoring these forums?

How do we escalate this issue to people in Comcast who can fix it?

I have a very similar problem. Longer songs almost always cut off before the end. I've notice it with Pink Floyd - Dogs, Pink Floyd - Shine on You Crazy Diamond I-IV, Allman  Bros. Jessica live and others. What these all have in common is they are all well over 10 min long.

 

This is quite annoying as Pandora through my Xfinity box is my primary use for the unit.
