Our X1 main DVR box will not change channels. We have to unplug it until it cools off then reboot.

Our X1 main DVR box will not change channels. We have to unplug it until it cools off then reboot.

Our X1 main DVR box will not change channels. We have to unplug it until it cools off then reboot. Sometimes more than once. Is it possible the box is getting too hot?

Possibly or it’s just failing and needs swapped

The local service center is closed due to COVID. Do I have to call the main number to get service to replace the box?
