No audio on one channel

No audio on one channel

One device in my house with one channel that doesn’t have audio. Video is fine. No audio on the show but audio on the commercials.

while watching a silent channel press the down button on the remote (not page down). then press the left button and go to SAP and press OK to turn that choice off. working now?

When you are on that channel pop the bar that allows you to pause and turn on the caption, you’ll see a button that says SAP next to the cc button. Turn it on or off and that will make the sound come back
