My X1 box randomly powers off and restarts multiple times in row

Almost everyday, my x1 box that has the apps like Netflix and stuff on it will randomly shut off, and have to reboot(which takes a good 5-10 minutes) and right when it is about to be fully rebooted, it does it all over again (sometimes 3-4 times in a row) making us not be able to watch tv for a good half hour. How can I fix this....

Start with swapping out the box. If you need assistance with that let us know or it can be done at your local service center anytime

Can you provide some more details? Does it happen at a certain time of the day? Are you watching Netflix or Amazon Prime before it reboots?
