Message "CASt" on X1 DVR

Message "CASt" on X1 DVR

The X1 box displays the message CASt on the display. Repeated efforts by support to reset and refresh the box had no effect. The TV displays a blue screen. The other tv are working fine. Any ideas?

need to get a tech out (swap) the 'bound' cable card security 'system' failed.
