Many Errors XRE and RDK

I experience several outages everyday with one or more of the following series of error messages: RDK-03053, XRE-00021, XRE-03033, XRE-03056, XRE-03062, and/or XRE-03097. To recover I must unplug the box and plug it back in. I have had Comcast technicians come to the house 4 times with no fix. It occurs mostly in the mornings between 6:30 am and 9:00 am and in the evenings between 5 pm and 8 pm. It seems to impact certain channels much more frequently. For me these channels are HGTV, TBS, and StarzEncore Westerns when it was still available. I have not seen an impact on my Internet service. The errors occur on both the main X1 DVR box and on a satellite X1 box but typically not at the same time. Sometimes the screen freezes for a few minutes or goes blank before throwing the first error. Many times the first error will be quickly followed by several others. It seems to be more likely to occur if closed captioning is on. Any ideas? This has been going on since September 10th, 2020.

Five technician visits and three equipment swaps and the problem is still unresolved.
