MAJOR DVR Issues For Months

Almost every recording I watch, I get an error "Can't playback now"... Then it pauses for a second and continues but the volume is considerablely lower and when you try to fast forward or rewind at any point it goes super fast and skips a bunch of content even if you have it on a low speed.  When I hit play again it jumps back 5 or 10 minutes.


We are tired of getting this happening to us every day.

Sounds like a failing hard drive, do you need assistance getting it swapped?
