On the comcast labs setting it says my signal is low. How do I text the signal strength coming into my cable box? Thanks for any help you can provide.
that feature is in beta. you can call 800-Comcast and request tech support for your set top box check your set top box signal levels. if necessary, they can schedule a tech if needed.
