Live TV

One TV as of this afternoon will not provide LiveTV at all. All other TV's work. This one appears to work with the exception of any  channel listed on the guide. Rebooted the WiFi box for the TV a number of times. Get the greeting, 3 pulsating dots, "there appears to be a problem please retry. On retry I get reset all then a neverending black screen. Should I call out a Technician?

Try resetting both main box and modem
