Freezing box

My small box keeps freezing until we unplug it for a few minutes but then it plays a few minutes then freezes again until we unplug it..whats wrong with this box

It may not be the box but the communication may be failing between the main box and that one. Make sure your connections are tight, and reset your boxes. If it continues have a tech out to troubleshoot further
