Fox Sports Detroit HD picture pixalating

Fox Sports Detroit is pixalating. Audio cuts in and out and picture is distorted. This is the only channel that does this. I have refreshed & restarted our Xfinity X1 DVR box. I also did a hard reset unplugging the box. Picture is still distorted with sound pops. Frustrated trying to watch the baseball game with this interference.

Your DVR and, unrelated to X1, your modem is way out of the range it needs to be in to work properly. This would definitely affect channels from coming in clearly. Check your connections but you probably will need a tech out to troubleshoot further

Thank you for your reply. The cable is plugged directly into our box. I am not streaming. The picture on the tv is distorted. The cable comes directly from the box outside the house into our xfinity box. All connections are tight. No distortions on the other channels. This only happens on Fox Sports Detroit.

I understood the problems that you’re having. But with the equipment being so far out of spec, you should have a tech out, I’ve escalated this to a colleague to help you schedule one.
