Daily update time changed and I can't change it back

We have four X1 boxes:

 

2 - XG1-P DVRs (Living Room, Master Bedroom)

2 - XG2 (Second Bedroom, Basement)

 

We had our daily update time set at 2am - 4am (Default) but, yesterday, it changed to 4am - 6am.  Last time this happened, I had to go down to the basement box to change the update time as none of the other three boxes would accept the change.  This time however, I cannot change the update time on any of our four boxes.  Whenever I hit Confirm, it just goes back to the 4am - 6am time.

 

We are up between 4am and 6am and it is very annoying when all of the boxes reset for 10 minutes every morning.

 

How can I change this?

usually a 'power unplug for 30 seconds' reset of the set top boxes fixes this kind of issue.

I unplugged each box, waited 30 seconds, and then plugged them back in.

 

I still cannot change the update time on any of the four boxes.

 

Anything else to try?

Does the attempt to update generate any kind of error message?

No error messages.  It just goes right back to the preferences when I hit "Confirm" and it doesn't change the time.

 

The boxes are:

 

Living Room DVR: XG1-P

Master Bedroom DVR: XG1-P

Second Bedroom: XG2v2-P

Basement: XG2v2-S

No.  It does not.  Did you even read my first post?  That's exactly what I'm doing.  It's just not saving when I hit confirm.

The update time has now changed to 6am - 8am and I still cannot change it on any of my four boxes.

 

What is going on with this?
