DVR problem

Several weeks ago, I changed my Comcast bundle from X1 Premier Double Play to X1Preferred Pro Double Play. The change dropped the premium channels and increased the internet speed. The problem is that now the DVR does not allow me to record more than one episode of a program. When I confirm to record all episodes, this message comes on the screen "Currently, internet content is not recoverable" 

 

 

I called the Comcast TA yesterday, with no results

Sounds like what you want to record is on a streaming channel possibly. Is this on every program?

Yes - and many that before I've been able to record all episodes.

The DVR will tape movies from On Demand, etc.
