Channels jumping to Hallmark channel

When I change channels most of them go to he Hallmark channel, this has been happening alot lately. But now with more channels. How do I fix this? It's getting very annoying

For several months I will be watching TV and the channel will automatically change to a channel that has an orange circle with a Z in it. Can't figure out why this is happening. Xfinity said I had an older model DVR so they switched it out for a the newer model, and I still have the issue.

press the 'i' button on your set top box xfinity remote. is it a numbered channel? do you see any 'menu' (like select a channel) before it happens? have you shared your access username/password with someone that might have logged into the TV remote smart device app that has the feature of changing your TV channel directly, remotely?
