How ever we switch to 814 it Shows that channel for a few seconds then immediately goes back to your previous channel . I unplugged cable and turned off the box then restarted . Still doing the same thing
That means there’s something impeding the frequency that the channel is coming in on. The box is unable to tune that channel. Check all of your connections are secure and tight and remove any unnecessary splitters. If it doesn’t improve you’ll need a tech out to troubleshoot further
