My x1 cable box has been powering up for 30 minutes now. I have unplugged the power cord and waited. Still no luck. Any help would be great
do you have other set top boxes? you can try putting your modem at that location and see if the LEDs show it successfully booted up. you may have a signal problem, splitter problem, or an unpowered amplifier (plug kicked out of wall).
