That’s a channel mapping error, have you tried resetting the box?

Why should we have to reset the box almost daily? And where do I get a refund for the day or two a month I am spending waiting for the box to reboot. Since you all cant come up with a better answer?!

You probably have an issue with your connection to the Comcast "head end" somewhere.  Call Comcast and schedule a tech visit.
