2nd box stuck on welcome screen then won’t connect

2nd box stuck on welcome screen then won’t connect

Can not get my second box to connect stays on welcome screen with 3 dots for 10 minutes and then says to restart. Main box and internet working fine have switched out the 2nd box for a new one already as well. Unplugged everything restarted everything checked wires did troubleshooting with Comcast in chat help!

would you check the bottom of the set top box that won't start up and reply with the model number?
