2 4k tvs - Xfinity X1

I wanted to see what my best method is right now to get 4k programming to both of my tvs. I just received my 4k dvr replacement yesterday for my main box. I was told there are no 4K set top boxes without dvr for 2nd tvs yet, and not sure when they will make them. Is this true, should i put a second 4k dvr in or would this be a complete waste. I know there is not alot of programming right now for 4k except Netflix and a few channels. But would like to have both of my tvs ready for when there is more. My setup is below:

Living Room - 4K UHD Samsung TV

  • HD Set top box
  • Xbox One S
  • PS4

Main Bedroom - 4k UHD Samsung TV

  • 4K DVR Box
  • Samsung UHD Blu Ray

Kids Bedroom - Regular Samsung TV

  • Regular set top box

Internet - Xfinity GB

Presently, an additional 4K dvr is the only option

if i changed my hd set top box to another 4k dvr, hwo would the dvr work, as right now, both tvs share the dvr, but if both have one, would they just have their own dvr, with no sharing or would they still be able to share among tvs, just with more storage.

The DVRs each have their own hard drive but shared access. Each dvr will have access to the other, as well as, any secondary boxes will have access to both
