Same here. It appears all remote access to Xfinity Home is down (web and mobile app). Is there a system outage? Does it impact the functioning of our alarm system?

I apologize for the frustration that this has caused. We’ve been able to restore service to the Xfinity Home mobile app & web portal. If you’re still experiencing issues, please PM me so I can troubleshoot with you directly, but we expect that all users will regain functionality.
I do want to mention that only the app and portal functionality was impacted. The in home system was not impacted.
