rule editing

When you go into the automation and hit edit it would be nice to see what you are trying to edit. As of right now it just looks just like your setting up a new rule and not editting one.

Re: rule editing

Same problem....when you are EDITING something, you should see what your settings ARE, not have to create a NEW RULE....with a NEW NAME....DUH! If you hare having a problem getting a rule to work, how do you have any idea what is causing the problem if you can't see what your settings ARE/WERE!!!

Hi blluedog & MoZatMadnet -

I understand your frustration.  You both are correct, the rules editing experience on the new Subscriber Portal does function more like creating a new rule.  We are currently working on enhancing the rules functionality on the new Subscriber Portal.

Thanks,

Rachel

Re: rule editing

Might want to add that the ability to turn on/off multiple lights is not functioning and when you are creating a rule and set a specific time for that rule to be enforced (as in shut lights off at 10:30 pm) when you get to the save screen it says that you are turning your lights on/off at 12:00 am....menaing no offense, but the old interface worked much better both from a user perspective and an actually working perspective.
