Not sure if you contact Comcast yet, but if nothing is showing on the touchscreen when you go to settings, its mostly another issue that requires a tech. Try restarting the touchscreen and the security router or Wireless gateway if the system is intergrated with Xfinity secure.
Call Comcast for support. If you cannot access the 'Settings' on the Touchscreen the system may need to be addressed by a technician. A support rep for Xfinity Home may be able to help you over the phone as well.
