Website & App Down

Anyone able to login to the website or the app?  I get no page found and an error on the app login.  I had to login to like 3 times to get in to see if my services were up at home.

A rep just confirmed that the portal (and thus the app) is currently down (or as he put it "experiencing an outage").  He told me Comcast was aware of it and was working to get it back up right away.  When I said "okay, I'll try to login in the morning" he said "It will certainly be back by then".  


I hope so, or else I'm going to have a very loud wakeup call when my daughter is unable to disarm the system and comes in first thing tomorrow morning.  Smiley Happy
