I keep getting this message when I try to log on to my home security on my computer. It gives this message:
Please go back to the page you came from and try again.
Error reference: OSS72RRE
YES I have already logged out and logged back in again and I still get the same message. Assistance Please!
We are actively working with our Authentication team on this. Aside from logging out and then back in, can we also ask that you clear all your cookies from your browser(s) and try again?
Are you having issues logging into any other Comcast services such as TVGo (http://xfinitytv.comcast.net)?
